Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation (BREF) is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their minds.

Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation may also seek further information/documents and donors must co-operate in this regard.

However, Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation (BREF) is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

• If you would like your donation to Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation to be refunded,
• You must request Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you donated i.e. the date on which you donated online.

The written request stating the reason for requesting a refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details about the donation: Date of donation

• Donation amount
• If the donation was made through a credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• If a donation was made online, please provide the donation ID and online transaction ID or Number.

Note: – Biomedical Research and Educational Foundation (BREF) always reserves the right to change and update this Donation Refund Policy, but ensures all donors that the Donation Refund request will be considered according to the policy of that date of donation.
